Enhances the cleaning power of de-ionised water for water fed pole window cleaning.

Product overview

Window Cleanze is a water fed pole (WFP) window cleaning additive designed to be added to de-ionised water after the DI resin. It improves cleaning performance and brush glide without affecting water purity or increasing Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), helping deliver faster, more consistent results on glass and frames.

Key benefits

  • Enhances the cleaning power of de-ionised water
  • Does not increase Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
  • Improves brush glide, reducing effort and operator fatigue
  • Bird mess, traffic film and snail trails remove more easily
  • Faster cleaning with more consistent results
  • Helps reduce spotting and improve final finish
  • Highly concentrated, giving a very low daily running cost
  • Suitable for use in cold or warm water systems

Window Cleanze is effective on all glass surfaces typically cleaned as part of the WFP process, including mirrors, solar panels, conservatories, greenhouses and vehicle glass.

How it works

Window Cleanze works by improving the wetting and cleaning behaviour of de-ionised water used in WFP systems. When added after the DI resin, it enhances how the water interacts with dirt, organic residues and surface contamination on glass and frames.

On responsive glass types, Window Cleanze can increase hydrophilicity, allowing water to sheet more evenly across the surface. This improves brush glide, helps contaminants release more easily, and allows the glass to rinse cleaner with less effort.

Crucially, Window Cleanze does this without affecting water purity or increasing TDS, so the benefits of pure water cleaning are fully maintained while overall cleaning efficiency is improved.

How to Use Window Cleanze in a Water-Fed Pole System

Application & dilution

Window Cleanze is added directly to de-ionised water after the DI resin and used as part of your normal WFP cleaning process. No dwell time is required.

If your system is configured with DI resin after the water tank, Window Cleanze is not suitable, as it will be removed by the resin.

Recommended dilution

  • 1–3 ml per 100 L of water for regular maintenance cleans
  • Up to 5 ml per 100 L of water for first cleans or heavier soiling

Always start at the lowest dose and increase only if required.

Application
Once dosed, clean glass and frames as normal using your WFP system. You should notice improved brush glide and faster release of bird mess, traffic film and snail trails.

On first cleans, Window Cleanze may help release additional residue from window seals. If this occurs, simply give an extra rinse. Light bubbling on the glass is normal.

Running cost & efficiency

Window Cleanze is highly concentrated, so the daily running cost is very low. At a typical dosing rate of 1–5 ml per 100 L of water, the cost averages approximately €0.25–€0.75 per day, depending on usage and dilution.

Because cleaning is faster and more efficient, many operators also find they use less water overall and spend less time on stubborn contamination such as bird mess and snail trails. This improves productivity while reducing physical effort over the course of the day.

Container size & supply

Window Cleanze is supplied in a 1 litre bottle with an integrated measuring chamber for accurate dosing.
A free dosing syringe is included for micro-dosing smaller volumes of de-ionised water.

Shelf life is approximately 2 years when stored correctly.
