Bundle components
Double roof scraper head: Fit two tools at once
The double head holds two scraper blades or a combination of one blade and one brush, helping you remove moss and debris more efficiently.
Flat nylon scraper blade: Gentler scraping for delicate surfaces
The nylon blade provides a less aggressive option for natural slate, man-made slate and coated roof tiles where a stainless steel scraper could damage the surface.
Polypropylene brush: Loosen growth without using steel
The polypropylene brush helps loosen moss and debris from more delicate roof coverings and areas where a stainless steel brush may prove too aggressive.
Stainless steel brush: Agitate stubborn growth
The stainless steel brush provides stronger agitation for suitable, durable roof surfaces where moss and debris remain trapped in joints and textured areas.
Stainless steel flat scraper blade: Remove heavy moss efficiently
The flat stainless steel blade removes larger areas of established moss from suitable concrete roof tiles.
Tool kit: Assemble and adjust the scraper head
The tool kit includes a three-pronged Allen key with 4 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm ends, together with a spanner for assembly and adjustment.
Choose the correct pole connection
Select the connection that matches the pole you intend to use:
- Aluminium spigot for Zap-Max and 19 mm poles: Fits the Benz Zap-Max and other compatible poles that accept a 19 mm spigot.
- Aluminium Facelift spigot: Fits compatible Facelift poles.
- Universal socket with Euro thread: Connects the scraper head to compatible Euro-threaded poles and adapters.
Please check your pole connection before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure which option you require.
Which scraper should I use?
- Natural and man-made slate: Use the nylon scraper blade or polypropylene brush and work carefully.
- Concrete roof tiles: Use the stainless steel scraper blade where the tile surface remains sound and suitable.
- Coated concrete tiles: Begin with the nylon scraper blade and carry out a test scrape to make sure you do not damage the coating.
- Clay tiles: Pre-wet the surface before using a stainless steel scraper. Work carefully and respect the relative fragility of the tiles.
Important roof-scraping advice

- Photograph any existing damage and inform your customer before scraping.
- Carry out a suitability test in an inconspicuous area.
- Choose the blade or brush according to the roof material and its condition.
