The Benz Lightning Zap Complete Bundle provides a fully integrated proportional dosing setup for applying Lightning Cleanze without batch mixing.
At the core of the bundle is the Lightning Zap system, powered by the Dosatron D3RE25 injector and integrated with a 28 litre chemical holding tank. Once connected to a garden tap, the system automatically dilutes Lightning Cleanze to the ratio set on the Dosatron.
This bundle combines the dosing system with professional poles, lances and nozzles to create a complete, site-ready roof and render treatment setup.

The system is chemically compatible with Bio Cleanze; however, due to dilution range differences, Bio Cleanze must be pre-diluted prior to use. For frequent Bio Cleanze application, the Mini-Zap system is recommended.

How to apply Bio Cleanze using a Lightning Zap
Bio Cleanze must be pre-diluted prior to using the Lightning Zap
1. Dilute 1L of Bio Cleanze with 4L of water (or 5L Bio Cleanze with 20L water into 25L drum).
2. Use this mix in the Lightning Zap with the Dosatron set to 9:1 to achieve comparable strength solution to the 50:1 that we recommend for the Benz "Clean & Maintain" softwash systems.
3. Set the Dosatron to 4:1 to achieve a comparable strength solution to the 25:1 we recommend for the treatment of roofs and render.
