Water-powered chemical injector for accurate dilution of Bio Cleanze
The Dosatron D07RE5 is a compact, water-powered proportional chemical injector suitable for accurately diluting Bio Cleanze.
With an adjustable injection range of 0.8% to 5.5% (1:128 to 1:18), it allows Bio Cleanze to be drawn directly from its container and proportionally mixed with the incoming water supply without the need for electricity.
How the Dosatron works
The Dosatron is installed into the water supply and powered entirely by the flow of water passing through it.
As mains or pumped water flows through the unit, the Dosatron draws Bio Cleanze from its container and injects it proportionally into the water flow at the selected dosing rate.
Once adjusted, the amount of chemical injected remains proportional to the volume of water passing through the unit.
Ideal for dosing Bio Cleanze
The D07RE5 has an adjustable injection range of 0.8% to 5.5%, equivalent to approximately 1:128 to 1:18.
This range makes it particularly well suited to the working dilutions commonly used with Bio Cleanze, allowing the required dilution to be adjusted to suit the surface and application.
The unit can be incorporated into a trolley, van, trailer, box system or other bespoke professional softwashing setup.
This Dosatron is intended for use with Bio Cleanze and is not suitable for dosing Lightning Cleanze. For Lightning Cleanze, we recommend the appropriate higher-percentage Dosatron chemical injector.

Installation
A reasonable level of competence with mechanical installation and pipework is required to install the Dosatron correctly.
We highly recommend fitting a suitable pressure regulator or pressure reducer to help protect the unit from excessive water pressure and pressure spikes. Appropriate protection against water hammer should also be incorporated where required.
To help protect the Dosatron from impurities and particles in the water supply, an upstream 60 micron (300 mesh) water filter is recommended.
Dosatron also recommends installing the unit in a bypass arrangement where practical, making it easier to isolate the injector for maintenance or flushing.

Using and maintaining your Dosatron
Always operate the unit within the specified water flow and pressure limits.
Regular flushing with clean water will help prolong the working life of the Dosatron. The unit should also be thoroughly rinsed before maintenance and whenever changing the product being drawn through the injector.
Keeping the water supply filtered and protecting the unit from excessive pressure will also help maintain reliable operation.
