Protect your Dosatron from excessive water pressure and pressure spikes
This stainless steel water pressure regulator is designed to help protect Dosatron chemical injectors from excessive inlet pressure and sudden pressure spikes.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and supplied with an oil-filled stainless steel pressure gauge, it allows the incoming water pressure to be easily monitored and adjusted to suit your Dosatron and soft washing setup.
Why use a pressure regulator with a Dosatron?
Dosatron chemical injectors are designed to operate within specified water pressure limits. Excessive pressure or sudden pressure spikes can place unnecessary stress on the unit and potentially cause damage.
Installing a pressure regulator upstream of the Dosatron allows the incoming water pressure to be controlled before it reaches the injector, helping to protect the equipment and maintain reliable operation.
For this reason, pressure regulation is incorporated into all of our Zaplicator application systems, helping to control the water pressure reaching the dosing and application equipment.

Recommended Dosatron pressure settings
The regulator should always be adjusted to suit the maximum permitted operating pressure of the Dosatron being used.
When used with the Dosatron D3IL25IEBPVVF, we recommend adjusting the regulator to a maximum of 4 bar.
The Dosatron D07RE5 has a wider operating pressure range of 0.3–6 bar. The regulator can therefore be adjusted to suit the requirements of the individual system while remaining within the Dosatron's specified operating limits.
Always check the permitted operating pressure of your specific Dosatron before setting the regulator.
How to adjust the pressure
The regulator is supplied factory set to 5 bar.
To adjust the pressure, unscrew the bottom cap and use the supplied Allen key to increase or decrease the regulator setting.
Use the oil-filled pressure gauge to monitor the outlet pressure while making adjustments and ensure the setting does not exceed the maximum permitted pressure of the equipment connected downstream.
