Welcome to our Spring Edition newsletter for 2024! We're kicking off the year with a bang and a lot of excitement.
Spring has definitely arrived, and there's so much going on around here.
We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for all the support and business we've received over the past quarter. It truly means a lot to us.

At Benz Softwash, we're thrilled to announce yet another successful launch with our latest innovation: "The Trident Nozzle." This nozzle offers fantastic capabilities for high-flow-rate application of Bio Cleanze and Lightning Cleanze on horizontal surfaces. It's particularly effective for curbs, ensuring thorough saturation, as shown in the photo of curbs being sprayed.
We're delighted by the overwhelmingly positive reception this product has received. Many of you have already received yours, and we're thrilled to hear that it's making a significant difference for you.
We pride ourselves on thinking outside the box, and we're excited to introduce a new Dosatron system specifically designed for the dilution and application of Bio Cleanze. This system will be available in the upcoming quarter. Stay tuned for more updates!

2. Equipment.
As we gear up for the upcoming busy season, it's crucial to ensure our equipment is in top condition. It's essential to have a plan in place for prioritizing upgrades and budgeting accordingly.
For instance, Stephen has strongly advocated for upgrading our gutter vac, a much-needed improvement that was long overdue. T
he previous equipment was causing frustration, especially for Stephen, and simply wasn't sufficient for the demands of the busy season ahead. Recognizing the urgency, we made it a priority to invest in the GVS Predator Wet Dry Vacuum All-Terrain 3600W 10,750PLM Gutter Cleaner from Superclean Pressure Washers.

Treating playground moss during the mid term and cleaning the painted render. We timed the work for during the holidays so the Bio Cleanze would do its work and be washed deep into the tarmac or biodegraded before the kids returned to school
Case 2 - Utilising our new hoover:
If you've never cleared a gutter or used a gutter vac before, we highly recommend Gutter Vacuum systems. We're particularly fond of our new hoover, as it efficiently cleared out gutters with awkward access that would have otherwise required extensive time on ladders.
If you have employees, investing in such a system is nearly essential, as it demonstrates your commitment to risk mitigation by minimizing ladder work.
