Portable tap-fed proportional dosing system designed for automatic dilution and delivery of Lightning Cleanze.

Product Overview

The Lightning Zap is a portable proportional dosing system engineered for the accurate dilution and delivery of Lightning Cleanze directly from a garden tap.

At the heart of the system is the Dosatron D3RE25 chemical injector, connected via stainless steel pipework and integrated with a 28 litre chemical holding tank.

Once connected to a water source, the system automatically draws concentrate and delivers a consistent dilution ratio as set on the Dosatron.

This eliminates batch mixing and ensures repeatable, controlled chemical application on every job.

What It’s For

The Lightning Zap is designed primarily for contractors applying Lightning Cleanze to roofs, render and other exterior surfaces where accurate sodium hypochlorite dilution is essential.

  • Roof softwashing with Lightning Cleanze
  • Render and stone treatments
  • Large surface area applications
  • Sites with access to mains or tap water

The system is chemically compatible with Bio Cleanze; however, because the dilution range differs, Bio Cleanze must be pre-diluted prior to use.

Key Features

  • Portable tap-fed proportional dosing system
  • Dosatron D3RE25 injector
  • Mix ratio range: 1:20 to 1:4 (5%–25%)
  • Operating pressure: 0.5–4 bar
  • Flow range: 10–3000 litres per hour
  • 28 litre integrated chemical tank
  • Stainless steel pipework construction
  • Water-powered operation – no electricity required

Professional Use

The Lightning Zap removes the need for manual batch mixing and allows contractors to work directly from concentrate with consistent dilution control.

It is specifically configured for sodium hypochlorite–based treatments such as Lightning Cleanze, making it ideal for high-output roof and render work.

For contractors regularly applying Bio Cleanze, the Mini-Zap is recommended as it is configured specifically for quaternary ammonium–based biocides.
