After pressure washing, the most recommended product to use is typically Bio Cleanze. Applying it at a 40:1 ratio will effectively eliminate any remaining growths, and over time, the surfaces will become even cleaner.

It can also sometimes be beneficial to apply Lightning Cleanze after a gentle pressure washing in areas with excessive dirt buildup and to give an extra pressure wash before the Bio Cleanze application.
