BREXIT – THE GOOD NEWS!
The good news is that there are ZERO customs duties to pay on Benz products.
Brexit has brought about many changes and challenges to business supply chains. And there's a lot of fear floating about regarding the excess taxes being levied on customers when ordering from EU-based companies.
So we want to reassure all our customers that we are able to continue supplying both our Irish and UK customers - with no additional duty, customs costs, or delays.
We've achieved this by moving production of our core products to the UK. These, along with our other products are then sent out directly from our manufacturing partners from within the UK, and from our UK equipment supplies partner – Softwash Technology/Rutland Pumps – who are now distributing our products on 24-48 hour delivery.
Please bear with us as couriers are still hampered by the extra workload brought about by Covid restrictions – but our UK customers should actually see improved delivery times.
Our Irish customers will continue to have their orders fulfilled by our Irish manufacturing partner, who has also improved their distribution systems to enable 24-48 hour delivery on most products. (At the moment this excludes large orders of Lightning Cleanze, which needs 7 working days)
A note about Vat: As we are registered for Vat in both Ireland and the UK, we will continue to charge Vat according to the country you order from. Which makes ordering from Benz simple and straightforward.
